Release Notes: Build 7

This is a minor update, fixing an issue which prevented DMs from accessing the fancy new character management tools (bug 5654).
 

Also added context menu items to allow players to more easily access options to add note/add journal entry; these will show up when the player right-clicks and displays the context menu while targeting themselves.
